VIP GUEST HOTELの無線室はレンタルシャックではありません。 この無線室はパラオラジオクラブ(PRC)のプライベートな無線室で、機器を利用するにはPRCのメンバーである必要があります。
　これは、私たちの無線室を使用するためにPRCのメンバーになるための重要な情報ですので、以下に
書かれている私たちのメッセージを注意深く読んでください。

1 　すべてのメンバーは、次の義務を負うものとします。
1.1   メンバーは、全世界のHAM仲間の良き一員としての態度で行動しなければなりません。パラオ　　

　　は、世界のDXerにとって非常に珍しい国です。日本はHAM人口が多いため、多くの日本人が私た

　　ちに呼びかけてきます。しかし私たちはそれだけでなく世界中のすべてのHAMのためにサービスを

　　提供し貢献しなければなりません。したがって、メンバーは日本だけでなくパラオとの交信を希望

　　する世界中の人々にQSOサービスを提供する必要があります。この経験は、全く異なる無線環境に

　　よるDXスキルの向上をあなたにももたらすことでしょう。

1.2   メンバーは、メンバー同士だけでなくパラオの人々にも敬意を払わなければなりません。私たち

　　はパラオの人達と非常に良好な関係を維持しています。この無線室自体がこの良い関係の例です。

　　私たちは、元ホテルオーナーで元総務大臣の親日家が所有していた個人の無線室を引き続き使用し

　　維持をしてきました。 彼と彼の家族の好意に応えるために、私たちはホテルの従業員たちとも非

　　常に友好的な関係を築いてきました.

1.3   メンバーは、すべての機器を安全かつ継続的に使用するためにクラブに貢献しなければなりませ

　　ん。そのためにメンバーが無線室の使用前または使用中に問題を発見した場合は、メーリングリス

　　トを通じて報告する必要があります。またメンバーは、部屋を清掃し、すべての機器を元の位置に

　　復元し、最後に、所定の報告様式を使用して、私たちのメーリングリストを通じて最新の状態を報

　　告する必要があります。
　　　またメンバーは、赤道直下パラオの高湿度環境にあるすべての無線設備を継続的に安定した状態

　　に保つためのメンテナンス活動にも寄与する必要があります。

 

　これらの義務に同意する人だけ、すべてのクラブメンバーの同意が得られたのち、PRCのメンバーシップが与えられ、VIP GUEST HOTELに滞在し、パラオからQSOを楽しむために無線室を使用することができます。
　また、言うまでもなく、パラオの無線免許取得もパラオでQSOするために義務付けられています。

Welcome to Palau Radio Club Website

The radio shack in the VIP GUEST HOTEL is NOT a rental shack.  This shack is private shack only by
the Palau Radio Club (PRC) and to use the shack, you have to be a member of the PRC.
This is key information to become a member of the PRC in order to use our radio shack so please read carefully to our message written in below.

1       All member owns the following obligations.
1.1   Member MUST act as a good world-class HAM attitude. Palau is very rare country for the world DXers.

        Off cause, Japan is the higher HAM population thus a lot of Japanese people call us. However, we have to

        contribute through our services for all of HAM in the world. Therefore, the member must provide QSO

        services for not only Japan but also world-wide who wish to call us in Palau. This experience would be

        brought you DX skills improvement by completely different radio environment.

1.2    Member MUST pay respect for each other not only our members but also people in Palau.
        We have been maintained very good relationship with Palau citizen. One example of this relationship is
        the radio shack itself. We have been using and maintaining the private radio shack owned by

        a  Japanophile, who was the former hotel owner as well as the former Minister of Internal Affairs and 

       Communications. 
       To respond to a favor oh him and his families, we have been building very friendly relationship with
       the hotel staffs and his families.

1.3  Member MUST contribute the club to run and maintain all of equipment safely and continuously available

       in use.  To do so, the member found any issue before or during use of the shack, it must be reported
       through the mailing list; and the member must clean the room and restore all of the equipment in original
       position, and finally the member must report the latest condition through our mailing list using the

       prescribed report format. Moreover, member must contribute maintenance activities to keep all of our radio         equipment continuously stable condition which are in the high humidity environment under the equatorial

       Palau.

Only those who agree with these obligations, after the consent of all club members, will be given the PRC membership and will be able to use the radio shack in order to stay at the VIP GUEST HOTEL and to enjoy QSO from Palau. 
In addition, as no need say that, obtaining the Palau radio license is compulsory to QSO from Palau.
